Our practice includes, among others, the control and internal operation of an array of companies. Furthermore, we provide services related to the establishment of subsidiaries, affiliates of foreign financial institutions (filiales de instituciones financieras del exterior) and representative offices for foreign companies in Mexico.

In the area of corporate law, we have actively participated in the structuring, restructuring and operation of groups and conglomeration of companies and holding companies, as well as in the planning of investment control and protection schemes in such companies.
